They are made from 100% cotton using a lightweight, 11 oz. unlined single-ply denim fabric. To reduce shrinkage, the overalls have been pre-washed (also known as one-wash) as part of the finishing process. These Headlight overalls feature a distinctive low-back cut design and a classic "X-back" shoulder strap configuration with a built-in elastic insert at the intersection of the crossed straps. The shoulder straps fasten at the back using a button-and-hole closure on the waistband, while the front is secured with buckle clasps that attach to buttons on the upper section of the bib. The straps also come equipped with adjuster slides for easy length adjustment. Shoulder Straps & Back Design: These overalls feature classic “X-back” suspender straps that crisscross at the back, offering a secure and stay-in-place fit throughout the day. Unlike the more common "Y-back" or straight-strap designs, the crossed-strap configuration helps distribute weight more evenly across the shoulders and prevents slipping. At the intersection of the straps, a built-in elastic insert provides added stretch and flexibility, allowing for greater ease of movement when bending, stretching, or sitting. The straps are fully adjustable, with buckle clasps in the front that fasten to metal buttons on the bib, and buttonhole strap ends in the rear that secure to buttons on the waistband - ensuring a personalized and comfortable fit. Additionally, the bib includes two extra patch pockets. The right-side bib pocket is secured with a snap button. The left-side bib pocket is a 3-in-1 design that integrates a snap-button pocket, a pen slot divider, and a watch pocket accessible from the side. There is also a buttonhole on the bib for attaching a pocket watch or keychain.
